Emilie Giles

Head of Outreach and Participation and Instructor

Emilie is a producer, artist and educator, her work spanning creative technology, pervasive gaming and maker culture. She has taught workshops and ran projects for a range of organisations and institutions including FurtherfieldTechnology Will Save Us, MzTEKUniversity of Westminster and the Royal College of Art. She is also Associate Producer for Caper.
Emilie is a member of the Open Systems Association (OSA), a group interested in critical and theoretical practices with regards to media and computation. Emilie is also currently collaborating with designer Alan Waldock on an ongoing project called The Conductive Craft Company which explores how crafts can be augmented with technology.
